Our patient came to our practice mainly because of aesthetic complaints.
His teeth were characterised by tetracyclinic discolouration, asymmetrical gums and inadequate crowns.
Following the removal of the crowns, his inadequately root canal treated teeth were re-treated under a microscope.
Gingivoplasty was performed to restore the marginal gingival status. We then raised the bite with temporary crowns, and made solo zirconia crowns for both the top and bottom according to the ideal bite height.
Our patient is happy with his teeth and smiles confidently.
