Our patient came to our dental clinic with functional and aesthetic complaints caused by pain during chewing and tooth loss.
After the removal of a bridge in the posterior (lateral) region, a focal tooth was extracted, which was hanging in the sinus cavity, and then a bilateral sinus lift (sinus elevation) was performed in one session in the lateral region with bone grafting and immediate implant placement.
Valentina received zirconia bridge replacement and solo zirconia crowns.
Our patient's pain has gone, she is happy with the result.
